WorldatWork (formerly
the American Compensation Association) is a not-for-profit organization
serving educational, informational, and research needs in compensation
and benefits by conducting education and certification programs,
promoting and sponsoring research activities, producing a variety
of educational and informational publications, and providing networking
opportunities.
The National Center for Employee
Ownership (NCEO) was established in 1981 to provide reliable,
objective, comprehensive information about employee ownership. They
are a private, not-for-profit membership and information organization
that does not engage in lobbying activities. "Employee Ownership
in Initial Public Offerings" -- co-authored by Fred E. Whittlesey
-- appears in The Stock Options Book published by the NCEO
in 1997.
A not-for-profit organization founded in 1986 by Dr. J. Robert
Beyster of Science Applications International Corporation, the Foundation
for Enterprise Development (FED) fosters the development of
highly productive, competitive enterprises through education about
and support of equity sharing, employee involvement, and other emerging
business strategies. No membership fee is required to obtain a variety
of free information on equity-based compensation programs and employee

The Remuneration.Organization
is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the world's
workplaces through education and training of business professionals
in remuneration and employee ownership strategies. The
Remuneration.Organization is currently dormant.
